Alex Hormozi often talks about the “Theory of Constraints”.

What it states is that every business will grow until the point it hits its natural “constraint”, and then stall until it is overcome.

If you’ve been trying to grow your online business but have been in the same spot for months, it’s likely you’ve found your constraint.

Simply put, it’s the one thing preventing you from reaching the next level.

In my case, it’s always been the action I know I should be doing, but am not.

Previously, my constraint was that I could not upload on a consistent basis. I was averaging 2-3 videos per month when I knew that 4 at a minimum was what I needed to grow.

Getting clarity on my priorities (what we talked about in the last letter) is what has enabled me to upload my 11th weekly video this morning.

Since getting consistent my channel has grown tremendously. I’m well aware it will slow down and have primed myself to look for the next constraint of the business.

Right now, I know that I need to be spending more time writing the script and telling a story.

I also need to be reaching out to more brands for products to cover and sponsors (revenue).

These are two potential constraints of my business that I need to tackle.

For this week's action item, figure out what it is that’s holding your business back.

If there’s an action you know you need to be taking but aren’t, you’ve found your constraint.

Things I’ve been working on

I made a video about my new travel bag and the essential items I’m taking with me when I fly next month.

Thanks for reading. Kill it this week.
